      Pros

      Basic Benefits and free holiday meals

      Cons

      Be prepared to be micromanaged, lied to, and degraded as a person. The company only care about money. The management will lie to you so they can save their jobs. There is no room for advancement unless you know someone. The HR personnel are incompetent and unprofessional. The company also has a discrimination problem that they do want to fix.

      Pros

      I have worked at several hospitals across the Oklahoma City metro area and Integris is the best one I have worked for. That is why I have stayed at Integris for over 10 years. I am excited about the recent announcement of micro-hospitals. I think this is cutting edge and will really help get Integris further out into the communities that need access to care.

      Cons

      This is a large company and there are over 9,000 employees working here. That means there is some bureaucracy and communication issues. Seems like this is improving with some positive top leadership changes though.

      Pros

      The people and patients were amazing. It was awesome to come to work and do what you love every day.

      Cons

      Basically the only con was with the director of the women's center. She was a manipulative unethical disgusting selfish person who cared about herself first and herself only. She would throw anyone any everyone under the bus to save herself or make herself look good. She is untrustworthy and lies like no one I have ever met. I have personally seen her fire several loyal and amazing employees for ridiculous personal reasons. If you crossed her or questioned her in any way you are done. It doesn't matter what your attendance record or professional record was like. You could have amazing reviews and she will do whatever it takes to get rid of you. She had no conscience or compassion what so ever. This may sound like a bitter ex employee rant but trust me, I was there for almost 9 years and the things I have witnessed her do are truly unbelievable. She has someone from upper management looking out for her because honestly I don't know how she continues to get away with what she does.
