Cons

The most recent round of out of state leaders treat agency and employees the same. Tenure and experience don’t matter. You’re truly a day to day worker. CEO, IT & HR need a makeover.

INTEGRIS was a great place to work. The co-workers are a great group who treat you like family.

Cons

The company however doesn’t show they care about you at all. Minimal raises, cut hours and benifits through the pandemic, really just didn’t support their employees at all from a cooperate level.
