Pros

the Pro's are dwindling quickly. I think the people are about the only Pro's left. There are still some great people there.

Cons

Upper Management. Probably the worst management job from a strategic and vision perspective ever. No plan other than cut everyone and cut any form form of compensation, EXCEPT upper management.

Pros

The people, being able to care for patients, relatively generous time off accrual.

Cons

Things have been on a downward trend ever since the new CEO arrived almost two years ago. They cleaned house of several incredible people in management, and brought in their own gang straight from Intermountain. Now, it’s nothing but corporate platitudes with no substance. It honestly seems like they just sit around a table and think up new buzzwords and congratulate each other on how smart they are. Unfortunately, good people are leaving in droves. You can work your way up in the organization, but it doesn’t mean your pay will increase in any substantial way. Just more work for almost the same pay. The good people who are left are doing the best they can. I really hope that this guy can move on soon, so that INTEGRIS can possibly go back to being the place it once was for employees.

Pros

I passionately love the patients.

Cons

Upper management from the new President down are seemingly out to destroy any thing good. Managers are in so many required meetings they have no time for employees below them. New President’s “game plan” may work on his resume, but in reality he is causing anxiety and stress on everyone below him. Something is wrong with his brain. I do not know how in the name of God the Integris Board voted him in. This place is being destroyed with a smile and positive words.
