Pros

My co workers are hard working and always willing to lend a hand. Ive worked other places where the staff was unbearable and let you sink while the work load piled up.

Cons

Upper management. The healthcare workers have seen minimal increase in wages, incentatives, or benefits. Those at the very Top(President/CEO, COO, CFO,etc.) have all seen a salary increase that totals in the multiple millions. Our President/CEO(Tim Pherson) saw a net increase of $650,00 in one year alone! Non-Profit my left foot! Integris recently "let go" of over 200 employees due to budget cuts. Integris had a total revenue of 1.4 BILLION dollars in 2022.

Pros

The coworkers I have are great!

Cons

Since Integris decided to hire Tim as CEO, it has progressively gone downhill. Leadership does not care about employees. I saw another review that pointed to executives thinking of buzz words and patting themselves on the back. That is completely accurate. The last employee survey showed a 35% satisfaction level. That should speak volumes to the board of directors. Why there has been no changes in executive leadership is concerning. Integris was once a bright star in the medical field. CEO is burning it to the ground.

Pros

Integris is in the top 5 places I have worked probably number 3. To be honest I have only worked in a few IT positions so it is middle of the pack. Pay in my are of expertise is fair not to high not to low. My manager is very flexible and understanding with day to day work and hours. I think that may not be the standard around other departments.

Cons

Health benefits are surprisingly bad for being one of the biggest Health organizations in Oklahoma. You would think it would be good but not so. The need/greediness to be more profitable has caused me unnecessary stress since they are now looking to outsource my whole division or possible part of it. Talking with seasoned employees Integris seem to waist a lot of money on knee jerk purchases that don't get used to the fullest potential before they are replaced or decommissioned.
