Pros
The Benefits are fair. Better than some places but much less than other companies of equal size/industry.
Cons
Although they say they care about their employees, their actions speak louder than their words. Regularly asked to do more with less. Managers were told to only give their employees a 2% employee review/pay raise regardless of how much or how well the employee performed. Did not feel listened to or appreciated. Way too top heavy in upper management and always adding more positions for friends. While downsizing underneath them.
