Terrible, terrible interview process with zero follow up on each step of the interview process. I had to keep emailing more than once every step to push them to schedule the next interview and the next. In the end, they extended me a verbal offer but never followed through with a written offer after I had followed up several times via email and voice message. HR and management appear to be extremely unprofessional in carrying out their job offer.

My manager is excellent, which is why i have stayed. There is decent vacation time and sick time also, and a bonus and good options for health insurance and other benefits.

Cons

Very aggressive corporate influence when issues arise. Corporate will start carefully watching your work, bordering on micro managing.
