      Good where I am, but I feel horrible for ppl in building 50G

      Pros

      I love my supervisor. He's great. Always kind and reasonable. And I have decent benefits and ok pay for my age.

      Cons

      Pay is a bit low for what I do. I have heard many stories and firsthand accounts about a manager in the other building, 50G, where they make diodes, who creates nightmares for employees. He takes pictures of their workspaces if a chair isn't pushed in, or if a single paper is on the floor. He micromanages everyone and everyone knows who this guy is. Nobody likes to deal with him.

      Cafeteria is really nice. Good benefits 3 weeks vacation to start Great starting point for tech career

      Cons

      Low starting salary. Will go out of their way to not promote or give a raise. Worked 3 years and never got one. My boss lied to my face about a raise and promotion. Treated as a number. Micro managed.
