      Solely focused on profits. No culture or work-life balance and the hierarchy is impenetrable.

      Pros

      Competitive pay. Working hands-on with cool, new technology that does well in the marketplace. Inventing new technologies before other organizations. The people are talented and most managers have employees best interest.

      Cons

      IPG is only focused on being profitable. Little diversity. There is little concern for the people who work there and the CEO/Senior Leaders remain out of sight. There is no communication whatsoever from the C-suite, leaving employees and middle managers in the dark. VP's and above are overcompensated (vast majority are white male). The company buys and renovates too many buildings which is a very costly endeavor.

      Pros

      Getting your foot in the door to manufacturing and assembly work. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Cheap pay, lack of work. Forced mandatory overtime when short staffed/backed up on production. Abnormal work scheduling. Inability to move out of section. You will not be learning new skills or be cross trained. You are essentially taught one thing and are trapped there. People who complain or don't want to do their work get away with everything. Whereas reliable workers are taken advantaged of.

      Good benefits, immediate 2 weeks vacation given

      Cons

      Sexism, nepotism, stagnant wages, lack of organization, lack of communication, no chance of moving up in the company, all ideas for change and improvement are suppressed.
