Pros

I could come late and no-one said anything I can take a long 2 hour lunch and nobody would say anything I would leave early whenever I wanted and no-one seemed to care any my manager never questioned me

Cons

absolutely dead end positions with no mentorship or career paths , whatever job you get at this company please know that you will be working in that same position with the same pay until you leave as no one is promoted nor are there any growth opportunities

Pros

Benefits are decent, good company outlook

Cons

Not a team environment, very hierarchical, lack the ability to move up within (open positions not posted) the only way to move up is to speak Russian or be brought in my one, status is more important than a job well done, they belittle people especially those who are not executives and this is acceptable, you are treated like a robot and not a human, HR is a joke and not people oriented at all

Not a professional work environment

Pros

Booming company. Very good benefits. Opportunities to work with the latest technologies. Dynamic work environment at the technician and engineering levels. Personally experienced substantial career growth in a relatively short time.

Cons

Poor management. Nepotism and hearsay have as much impact on your success as your performance does. There is a distinct lack of professionalism and employees are occasionally "dressed down" in front of others for marginal reasons. Hourly employees are normally expected to put in substantial overtime hours and salaried are also expected to work long days and weekends to make very aggressive delivery schedules. No performance evaluation system in place. In the three-plus years I worked there I never received a review or merit increase.
