1. Communication - This is by far the worst palace I have ever worked for for communication. 2. They manage through intimidation and threat. 3. It is pretty clear they do not understand just what diversity means. 4. They may give you good vacation bennies but do not expect to use them their concept is more like WORK no Life Balance. 5. Management and Eng Management think only in the short term and when things fail or collapse they can only point fingers. 6. There is an unending parade of self important elites happy to ignore your experience in place of their perfection. 7. They seem to think Safety means "Hide all the violations we run with every day till the inspector is gone". 8. Do not expect to be recognized for your ideas, hard work, or dedication... In fact you will be ignored, or labeled as an agitator and then hear how someone higher placed than you has done so much (most of which sounds oddly like your own work).

No room for growth development, no goals for reviews, all raises are given from Oxford based on overall companies yearly performance, from my time here I have never gotten a yearly end review and my direct boss never knew what my raise was. I had to calculate on my paycheck to know. Also note every year since I was here my annual increase got lower and lower and one year no one got a raise!
