Pros

Some of the people who work there.

Cons

I was initially drawn to this company because of how strongly they promote their culture and values during the hiring process. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that messaging. There are fundamental issues within the leadership team that negatively impact the entire organization. A consistent pattern is the lack of willingness to listen to employees—even when concerns are raised in good faith or when teams flag real operational problems. Team members are afraid of retaliation because they see it over and over again firsthand. Feedback channels exist in theory, but in practice, they don’t lead to meaningful change. The company also prioritizes external perception over internal health. Significant resources are invested in marketing and branding, while critical areas within the organization remain underfunded and unsupported. Teams are expected to meet high standards, but they are not given the tools, staffing, or resources necessary to succeed. Compensation and recognition are additional concerns. Many employees feel undervalued relative to their contributions, and this further contributes to low morale. As a result of these issues, the culture is not what is advertised. Morale is low, and there is a noticeable pattern of employees leaving the company. Until leadership becomes more receptive to feedback and invests in its people, it’s difficult to see these challenges improving.

Pros

A great stepping stone opportunity, don't stay longer than 6 months if you value your self worth. Easy location to drive to and from so the commute isn't poor. Love betting with the other coworkers in every department waiting to see when we'll be bought out.

Cons

"Carrot on a stick" opportunities for growth. You will be put in a position "temporarily" without bumped pay, other departments laugh at you for making conversation. Policies and demands change depending on who you are and what position you are in. Severely understaffed, and when asking if you can work your "high priority" task, it is noted as underperforming as you're unable to make the required 40+ outbounds as well as the constant influx of calls you are taking. Management had manipulated themselves into such a position that they would rather fire and rehire than provide support to not only new employees, but those who have been with the company for years. You have weekly one on ones with your management, who will tell you that you are doing great and have nothing to worry about - then be fired on the spot soon after. It's very disappointing to see what this company has become and the grim future ahead. Advice to new and current employees, management is not there to help you. They will blatantly manipulate and gaslight the slightest scenarios to leave yourself as the scape horse. Record your meetings and ALL interactions that you have with any management. If it is a "can you work on this" verbally, have it in writing either in a chat or in an email to back yourself up - as they will use you as an excuse as to why "service level" was not high enough that day.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your time with the company left you feeling discouraged and unsupported. We recognize that heavy workloads, staffing challenges, and periods of change can create frustration, especially when expectations or priorities feel unclear. Clear communication, consistency, and respect are important to us, and we understand how impactful it can be when those things don’t come across as intended. Feedback about role expectations, growth opportunities, and manager support is taken seriously and reviewed internally. While we may not agree with every characterization shared here, we value hearing how our practices are experienced by employees and use that insight to guide improvements in leadership communication, workload planning, and employee development. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you the best in your future endeavors.
