Our team believes in coaching on performance. We have an annual performance review, quarterly check-ins, highly encouraged 1:1 weekly meetings with direct reports, and a daily review of company performance to ensure all teams and all roles understand how they are contributing to the business and to ensure that each receives celebrations and coaching on a consistent basis.
