For a company that touts upward movement, and promotion from within, that has not been my experience with the company. For nearly 3 years I've been with the company, I've watched them promise full-time positions to their part-time "STARS" and pass them up for 3 to 6 months until they had no choice but to promote them. I watched higher positions, such as assistant manager, and supervisor positions become vacant, only to be given to new highers despite multiple qualified individuals being present on site. I've watched new hires come in at higher pay grades then employees that have been with the company for over a year. The yearly raise is between 1% and 3% up to a cap, at which point it becomes prorated based on your grade.
