Very low pay, no ability to negotiate higher starting wage with skill set offered. Lack of training to feel confident in the job. Having to take PTO to cover holidays that are not paid by the company. Lost a full week's worth of pay over the Christmas break. Had an implementation manager as a temporary direct supervisor who felt lost some times in the role that she was doing.
