Toxic work environment that starts at the very top and is embedded throughout company culture. CEO makes his own rules and pretends it's a positive but in reality it's a company that has no checks and balances and skirts HR policies that are borderline legal and definitely unethical. Insurance is unaffordable and if you're not in sales your pay is garbage and position is not valued. So called "C-Suite" is comprised of old white guys. Diversity isn't a thing at corporate, they rely on those numbers from the field workers onsite.

the most the company is willing to pay anyone is $17. There is no room for growth, which is sad because the company makes a decent amount to pay its employees more. I work full time at one New York City's top law firms as a legal receptionist only to make $15 an hr, the same as a fast food worker.
