not much work is expected out of you, interesting people to work with , students work very hard for the school, they will never fire anyone no matter how bad at their job, try to use the mission in everything that they do

Cons

not open to new ideas, housekeeping and maintenance are horrible , very low pay, disorganization, communication is often broken

Pros

The sisters are lovely. The grounds are calm and peaceful. Camilla Hall does amazing work and deserves recognition.

Cons

There is a serious disconnect between the goal of education, and the goals of the top-heavy administrators. Senior management is scattered in thought, individualized in mission, self-serving. There is no understanding of modern methods of running a university. Human Resources allows , promotes, and covers inappropriate activity. The culture is unsettled and creates fear.
