Growing fast, but with a pervasive culture of mistrust

Pros

* Certain areas of the business are growing quickly. * Fun events are planned for employees. * Benefits are above average. * Lexington office facilities are top-notch.

Cons

* Hours spent in the office are valued over results achieved and contributions made. * Some managers are quick to point fingers and unwilling to hold themselves accountable. * Employees are not always treated as professionals with expertise in their fields, but rather as cogs in a wheel. * The HR infrastructure has come a long way but is still lacking in key areas. Benefits are above average, but some benefits (like "unlimited" vacation) are communicated inconsistently (or not at all) among managers and departments. * No channels are available for employees to provide anonymous feedback to upper management or HR.

Not as advertised - All positive reviews are very misleading

Pros

Good free food most of the time. Nice clean building with new edge business environment. Some nice people. Most departments have more pros than cons, I recommend Marketing, IT, and HR.

Cons

Finance/Revenue is a department I would seriously avoid; Sales Order processing in particular. Veterans of the company are very reclusive and seem to resent new employees with the company now beginning to grow. There are much better companies and departments out there that will bring you much greater fulfillment and success. It’s too bad one department can bring out such a negative review of a somewhat decent company, but until some serious changes are made, I would steer clear.

Beware

Pros

Core technology solid. Compensation and benefits satisfactory. Office location pleasant. Internal IT support is great. Presence within healthcare IT security is strong.

Cons

Two biggest challenges are the staggering arrogance displayed on a daily basis by the executive leadership team (starting at the top), and the subsequent absence of productive communication across teams. This culture leads to a lack of respect toward employees, business partners, and customers. Personal agendas run rampant.
