      remote work, pay is decent

      Cons

      Management has gone downhill. The growth of the company has caused a massive strain on workload. Not enough staff to keep up, being constantly asked to over extend yourself with no compensation. Performance evaluation has become much more punitive

      Toxic Positivity

      Work from home, decent benefits, good work/life balance. My team was made up of really great people who were mission-driven and kind.

      Cons

      Toxic positivity from the CEO down. The internal structure of the company is absolute chaos disguised as “start up culture”- crazy for a company that has been around for 10 years. Constant push to quantify your work and prove your value, creating an undercurrent of fear. There is too much focus on driving sales and keeping clients happy rather than doing what is best for the members.

      A great but not perfect place to work

      Pros

      Mission driven, smart, committed coworkers who actually care about our customers and our members. Remote work, decent work life balance, good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Growing from a start-up to a long-term growth company brings considerable and consistent change that is difficult for many people to tolerate. Feels like teammates who have been around for a long time are focused on the past and are most interested in maintaining status quo.
