You can tell leadership really believes in the product and cares for their staff. Generous benefits and WFH opportunities are also great.

Cons

No 401k is probably the only downside.

you learn, but the knowledge is not always accessible to accomplish, and the training is not really defined.

Cons

not sure which community os insured you're going to serve after a while as you get changed continuously from pod to pod
