      People tend to work well together. Everyone helps to get the work done.

      Slowly becoming like so many other large employers. Losing a lot of compassion at the supervisory level. Want more from lower number of employees.

      -Supportive management and supervisors, comprehensive training period and managers and team members are always available to answer questions and provide assistance –Good PTO and flexibility with time off requests –Work from home after training –Helpful team environment and coworkers

      –Some calls can be stressful and draining –Must adhere to daily schedule and metrics and be open to constructive feedback on calls
