      Company Benefits and pay were fantastic. A lot of work, but worth it.

      Changed job requirement criteria which made advancement nearly impossible without going back for more education.

      If you are a person of color, it’s less than likely that you’d be able to grow into management roles. Not a diverse organization at all. Additionally, there’s no accountability when projects fail.
