      Benefits- good health insurance (although not as good as it used to be) PTO

      Cons

      Worked for an affiliate that lost funding even though they said that funding would continue through the end of the year. Limited options for jobs and completely low balled pay for those few and far between jobs available to us. We did receive a severance package but people who were there less than a year got more weeks than others based on their title.

      IH is an ok company...leadership makes an effort to look out for employees

      Cons

      The technology side of the business is a second thought or feels separated from the rest of the company. The culture is completely absent in the technology areas. It's monotonous and draining. If you get hired expect to be in that position for at least 10 years. There are long lines for any advancement as people tend to stay put.
