Progressive company with a "promote from within" mentality. Flexible work schedules where ever possible. Encourages work-from-home. Great benefits. Excellent equal opportunity for all; truly merit based promotions. Lots of women leaders.

Lack of parking, so get there early!

Great health insurance. That’s about it.

Cons

Very unorganized. Poor management who do not know how to hold people accountable for their work. Too much favoritism and internal politics. Never take what the employees have to say into account for anything. Very low morale. Too many cliques.
