don't really "walk the talk", big focus on culture but little meaningful actions, big focus on managing cost instead of being focused on the customer

No room for growth (although advertised throughout the entire company), lack of communication and collaboration throughout company departments, high level of bureaucracy, very hierarchical and treated according to title, little opportunity for training, high employee turnover, lack of HR support, uninvolved management (during the work week my supervisor would either be late or not show without notice and she seemed to have little to no knowledge in the products that her team worked on. Department director and manger did not interact with the department so this did not allow communication to "higher ups" if needed for an issue. Management spent a lot of the week in meetings, sometimes off-site lasting the full work day. Management managed employees based on favoritism.) Overall was not the ideal place for me.
