      Pros

      Management lets you know you are valued. You feel as if you really do make a difference in patient's lives. Great benefits, flexibility for family.

      Cons

      No set policy on employee production levels. There are no reprimands or fear of losing your job if you are doing it incorrectly and adversely affecting other areas of business or patient safety.

      Location: nice college town, very midwestern

      Cons

      Devious, management, probably racist. will backstab you as you leave. Middle management are hard driven opportunist. Uppper management is aloof and devious.

      Pros

      It was nice to work for a very large company but in time that was used against you. They could bring in new people and pay them less and let go the people that had been there for years because they had climbed the payscale.

      Cons

      To much change within management and favoritism basically ruled the company. Employee's that work at IU today or either there because they are related to upper management or close friends of upper management.
