Pros

snacks, PTO, nice office space

Cons

constant upheaval. The commission structure LITERALLY changes at least 7 times a year and always for the worst. Its like they see how many make it and then they change it to reduce the amount of people who can make commission. I never seen a commission structure change this frequently. Further, the amounts you can receive when you make it has constantly been reduced. Even our positions have been in flux with departments coming and going. It was nice when I started but morale has hit the bottom. All these changes have occurred despite the group as a whole making the annual sales targets. Its crazy.

Pros

I worked for Infinity for 6 years and it was truly a fantastic experience. I was able to start out selling and through previous leadership experience and a desire to grow and build award winning teams was able to have the opportunity to lead, direct, as well as, work with fellow colleagues on the leadership team to make a fun, winning environment. Infinity offers: *Winning Sales Environment *Outstanding Resources and Sales Training *Ability to Grow in Various Areas of the Vendor Sales Agency Business *Promote Within *Work Life Balance *Great Pay and Incentives *You get out what you put in

Cons

No Cons. I read through many of these reviews and I feel it has many professionals that were not fit for Quota based sales. Infinity needs to produce results for our clients and you will need to be able to close deals and hit your quota like any other inside sales company.

Pros

You have a job in a cool office space. Game rooms, free snacks (chips, granola bars, pop tarts, soda, etc.) Close proximity to restaurants, apartments, condos if you'd need to relocate. Job is typically 8:30-5, and no weekend work. You'll likely enjoy the people you work with. You'll likely get hired with little to no experience in the field and they'll teach you what you need to do the bare minimum of the job.

Cons

Terrible management, lack of leadership, false promises, company acts as if they are living paycheck to paycheck. Basically the company does not care about you. They will sell you on growth potential and advancement but it's all BS. If you are on one of the sales teams, you'll likely be shooting in the dark for your monthly targets, and will find out how well you did the previous month about 3 weeks into the next month. Dont be surprised if you appear to have achieved less than you thought you did when management provides you with final monthly numbers. I worked there for 3 years and was given my required annual review once in the time I worked there. Leadership is non-existent other than from a select few low level managers. Other than that, nobody has the time of day for you. Nobody will help you progress in your job or get better at it other than yourself, and your peers.
