Pros

They are pretty flexible when it comes to hours, depending on the department. If you are lacking in a particular job set, they normally will try to place you in a better position.

Cons

Very difficult to get fast results because the headquarters is in Iowa. Different teams have different rules and it is difficult to keep up with do's and do not's. Commission structures are constantly changing. Company suffers from lack of communication. No room for advancement.

Pros

Working with the Client ( actual Client) on floor was great. Ready to Answer any of questions you had. The Client has respect for you.

Cons

The Company itself is all about numbers, they don't care if you so up to work or not as long as your numbers are met. No Structure in workplace, allows people to come and go as they choose. NO! Zero Tolerance policy for attendance, drugs, or even drinking on the job.

Some really great co-workers that I have worked with.

Cons

Management flat out lies to the workers to get them to 'shut up' and 'get in line'. Certain managers say one thing and within days you see that they have flat out lied to you. Morale has dropped like a rock.
