HR nightmare! Commission plans are constantly changed and are not always in writing. Smoke and mirrors are used to calculate your commissions which are almost always short. Managers allow some employees to come in late and leave early and get full pay while other employees are charged PTO. No state employment dept. was interested in investigating this illegal activity.

Where do I even start. Was hired for one job and that oddly fell through. But I kept on as giving a fair shot and really thought it would work out. I started to notice some not so "normal" call centre experiences. Like fist fighting on the call floor, I could legitimately smell alcohol and marijuana daily. I asked for a code of ethics in several times was denied. Sales best practices not followed. No clue where to go if there was an emergency or drill. Very clickish. Which was odd because I am friendly over all. After seeking meetings for resolution for specific things that I needed to preform my duties correctly I was eventually black listed. Had to seek legal counsel. Every answer was you've never worked a pilot.....pointing blame back on me.
