Friendly and Professional environment

Pros

Infinity has some of the most intelligent, friendly, and professional people I have ever worked with. I have worked for the company for 8 years and have had a tremendous experience. The company puts people first and works very hard to ensure that our culture and personnel are professional. I have had the opportunity to advance in the company, and have also helped many others to advance as well. I have a lot of experience in the inside sales industry and this is the best company I've ever worked for. The company provides fantastic sales development and training, and the managers are engaging and care about their people.

Cons

The company is always evolving, and in the past the company was a more traditional call center, but that time has passed and it is a professional sales agency now with higher wages, uncapped commissions that are realistic to achieve, and professional people that act as business owners. I see some of the negative reviews on here, and please understand many of those are from an entirely different era. If you have a great personality and like being in a professional environment, you should check out Infinity.

Transforming into a professional sales agency!

Pros

I have been with Infinity for 6 months and have been very impressed with the people and culture. There has been quite a transformation to a professional sales agency that was started before I was here, but has continued. The facility has been renovated, compensation plans increased and we are rewarded based on sales. I am excited about the changes that have been made and the future here. The leadership is committed to our 10x plan and the improvements we've made. It's a fun, casual environment with some great people that are really sales driven. If you're looking for great place to sell and get out of the odd hours/weather of retail or auto sales, this is a great place!

Cons

Not a lot of negatives I can think of, just need to keep growing and getting more good people to help our clients meet their sales goals. Continue to hold each other accountable on our culture and professional standards. We're getting there!

Like being super stressed for little pay or respect? This is your place

Pros

You get to say you work WITH Google and reap a few of the benefits. Management is generally pretty cool.

Cons

Constantly reminded that you work on a contract that can be cancelled at any time. Never feel job is secure. Lack of communication is astounding - client will say "you are amazing" and go to your boss and say "fire them." Never says what they mean or means what they say. Working really hard gets you nowhere. People sit around and watch youtube or play on facebook and keep their jobs and get paid well and commission. You work hard, show up on time and do your job everyday, get loaded with more and more responsibilities (promotions from the client) and get paid the same low amount with no bonuses, raises, or recognition for doing well. Everything is a popularity contest. Just like high school. G people treat you like a peon. They will talk down to you, and are rude and entitled brats - IF they notice you at all. If they are nice to your face, don't trust it. Don't trust anyone. Most will throw you under the buss in the blink of an eye.
