I guess free soda, ice, and water are "Pros"

Cons

Benefits aren't really anything special No work life balance Management is terrible If you work in the Iowa office be prepared for some serious favoritism of certain employees. It's hard not to notice it when you are there.

We provide great work/life balance. Our sales reps do not work any nights or weekends. Infinity treats all employees the same regardless of work location. We provide the same events and activities to all of our employees in both locations.

Cons

Favoritism, fraudulent behavior by both staff and management. It's all about the Benjamin, ethics mean nothing.

Relaxed atmosphere and good people. It's never the same thing every day so it doesn't ever get boring. Pay is good. Flexibility is awesome. Great 401k match
