Pros

Free snacks and gym. Glass door wants twenty words but there really isn’t 20 good words to say about this company. The office itself is ok. People aren’t happy in general so moral is down.

Cons

What everyone on here is saying is absolutely accurate. Employees are mistreated, compensation way below national averages, mediocre benefits. Revolving door of employees. I love how infinity management responds to these because everything they say is not accurate is so they are liars.

Pros

The best thing about working here is the experience, and I suppose the growth, though it causes strains on management, thus causing current employees to be under supported. However, I prefer to be left alone anyway. The money could most definitely be better, but you're hardly treated as if you're expected to stay. Management seems to be real with you, but it's hard to tell at the end of the day.

Cons

They know it's a tight, contracted situation, so it's tough to do everything for everyone's best interest equally. It's much more a socialist structure. They've implemented commission caps, and consistently, every quarter, found ways to cut pay, aka the amount they value you. You'll feel replaceable, yet praised.. and paid/employed, yet scraping by. You'll feel like you work in a potentially lucrative position, that is until you stick around long enough to see what's really going on (and look at your paychecks).
