Pros

The free snacks and soda nachines

Cons

This company lies through their teeth to get the most with very little investment. They change the commission structure every quarter so whatever they say you’ll make in the interview is a lie. They also told us when we switched to quarterly commission we’d get a raise which we didn’t receive. They make the goals impossible to reach and fire you if you don’t reach them. The assistant managers for the most part don’t know the system or how to succeed. The upper managers treat us as dispensable pawns that are only as good as they’re previous day. NOT HOW YOU DO OVERALL. Literally the previous day. They simply don’t care. I’m sure you’ll read the “management responses” saying “we are going through a lot of changes...blah blah blah.” They’re are going through self-inflicted changes with no solutions for the problems overall except for firing underperformers and highering future underperformers in their place. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Pros

The only pros working at Infinity are the PTO, the free snacks and games. They do offer some great lunches from time to time. Having a great work life balance working from 9 to 5.

Cons

The downside of working at Infinity is that they are shady with the pay. They promise you can make up to $55,000, but that is nearly impossible. They're only 6 people that hit commission. The commission is now quarterly. How are people suppose to pay their bills with $13 an hour? The training is pretty brutal. You go to the floor knowing the bare minimum. All they care about is dials and stalking our advertisers. They said we aren't a call center, but what is the motivation if we hit commission that is tied into our quality. If we don't hit 90% percent we don't even receive it. This should be a bonus. They offer $300 dollars for referrals. You receive $150 for 90 days and $150 for three months and they even cut that. The turn-over here is really bad. They move the training class in the morning meetings so it doesn't look like they even lose anyone. They threaten us that we will lose our jobs to India. I am sure that management is really the only ones making money and doesn't want to pay us because it will cut into there big pay checks. On indeed it says $15 dollars an hour for our position. They told us we were suppose to be receiving a pay raise, but say they don't know they are waiting on Google. How do you not know? I hear all the time they have interviews that don't show. We are a contractor of Google. We make you tons of money in revenue for Google, but please do your part as managers and ask for more money from Google for your employees. We do it from our advertisers, but don't receive a dime. They promise people a certain income and lie to them right in front of their face. Then short people out of their commission checks. You are messing with peoples lives here.

At Infinity we have many, many employees making the maximum compensation for the program on which they work. The training is extensive, we provide a full month of training that provides our employees with several Google AdWords certifications at the completion. In a sales environment, daily incentives are often offered, such as gift cards. It may seem that the same person wins often, it is only due to their hard work and commitment to hitting goals. But the contests are created equal and fair for all. Infinity believes we can find the best future employees from referrals from our current employees. In the past we offered less for referrals, but have increased that amount to $250 and even $300 at times. It is a quick and easy way for employees to make some extra money while helping a friend find a new job.
