Pros

Nice hours, no weekends, friendly coworkers

Cons

I want to start by saying I don't reccommend this job unless you really love sales and are okay with insane amounts of pressure. There's a reason they're always hiring. This company is going through a lot of growing pains. I feel like he Management just throws things at the wall and hopes it sticks. There's an insane amount of sales pressure and pressure from an under-trained management team. The environment and overall tone from the company was very hostile and their commission structure has a lot of kinks as well as changes every 3 months. In the first half of my 14 month career with Infinity I made commission every month until they decided too many people were making commission and they made it nearly impossible.

Working in sales can cause pressure, but we want and hope that the pressure to sell drives you to obtain greater commission. Unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary for a company to re-evaluate the pay structure of a job with commission pay due to changes in the business and profitability, it is never due to the fact that "too many people are making commission." In fact it is just the opposite, we want EVERYONE to be making commission.

Pros

Free Snacks and beverages. Ok for a first job and a way to tranistion from the food service or retail industry

Cons

Pay is terrible. The office feels like a rat maze. All they care about is that each person is producing to meet their $goal promised. They preach WLB but have a terrible benefits package. Insurance is similar to Obama Care, Vacation time is laughable. So much turnover and terrible leadership.

You are correct, we do care about what each employee is producing to meet their goal. The objective of the job is to sell, so that means we must highly focus on each employees results. We offer sales roles with great work/life balance, we do not require nights or weekends and we offer 2 weeks paid vacation and 3 days to use for sick, but it can be used any way you want.

Pros

The new hire product training is well done and thorough. Once on the job, Infinity continues to provide on-going sales training/coaching to help employees grow, improve and succeed in their position. The atmosphere is professional and friendly. The office is business casual with a bright, open floor plan. Most teams work from 8:30am until 5:00pm M-F. There are several break room/cafes with complimentary coffee, soda and snacks. Compensation is base plus commission with other incentives offered throughout the month. Top performers are recognized weekly within their teams and monthly at the company wide floor meeting. Nice benefits package with a generous PTO policy. I have only worked at Infinity for approximately 6 months but it has been a very positive experience so far.

Cons

Telecommuting is not an option on my team.

We strive to provide all employees with the tools and training needed to make them successful to hit goals and make commission. We believe in providing a comfortable work environment which is one reason we have several games rooms, with pool tables, ping pong, foosball and more in addition to free pop and snacks and the ability to dress down in jeans everyday. It is so great to hear you have had such a positive experience working at Infinity so far. We hope you time at Infinity brings you great success.
