Pros

Semi-Laid back work environment, wonderful co-workers always willing to help and off assistance, free snacks and game areas.

Cons

Infinity as a company was good, it was the management of the HSA department and assistance manager, they have there favorite and have no shame and showing it, the manager and assistance manager had to be told on several occasion that we are not children and do not talk to use as such, Lots of cold calling and you will not be given the opportunity to prove that you can do the job, mainly because we are and were not given the proper tool and information to do the job properly. If you like cold calling then this job is for you, but if you don't apply somewhere else, because even if it is there fault that you can not do your job they will still blame you for not being able to perform.

As a sales agency, cold calling is an expected part of the job. You cannot be successful in sales without putting forth the effort. All of the managers at Infinity treat all employees with respect and fairness. At Infinity we get customers and keep customers.

Pros

Your coworkers are fun and often hang out at bars at night.

Cons

-Checks were almost always short. Either they would short you on hours or commission. When you bring it to their attention they would say they would fix it and were going to overnight us new checks. Of course, "overnight" really meant a week or longer. -The commission structure changes often and each time it gets lower and more confusing. I believe they do this so that when they short you on commission it's hard to dispute or to even figure out what you should get. -It's like a high school. Cliques, interoffice romances, everyone wanting to know other people's business - managers included.

Pros

The free snacks and soda nachines

Cons

This company lies through their teeth to get the most with very little investment. They change the commission structure every quarter so whatever they say you’ll make in the interview is a lie. They also told us when we switched to quarterly commission we’d get a raise which we didn’t receive. They make the goals impossible to reach and fire you if you don’t reach them. The assistant managers for the most part don’t know the system or how to succeed. The upper managers treat us as dispensable pawns that are only as good as they’re previous day. NOT HOW YOU DO OVERALL. Literally the previous day. They simply don’t care. I’m sure you’ll read the “management responses” saying “we are going through a lot of changes...blah blah blah.” They’re are going through self-inflicted changes with no solutions for the problems overall except for firing underperformers and highering future underperformers in their place. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

We evaluate commission every quarter based on the goals. We hold all employees to high expectations and manage performance based upon this. Infinity cares about every employee's overall and continued performance.
