Learned new skills and met a few life long friends.

Cons

Has a complete lack of integrity that they claim is their highest value in the work place. Constant daily lying. Lack of communication skills, everything is always in disarray. Disrespectful to their employees (in person and especially behind closed doors). Zero trust. Does not take any suggestions for improvement and will give you the run around while constantly avoiding questions, comments, and concerns. --There are too many to list.

There are 0 pros to working here - It seems great for few weeks until you figure out how they manage.

Cons

Horrific turn over, unfair labor practices, moving sales targets, poor client (Google) relationship. 50% of the managers quit since January 1. I'm sure they will lose all their Google contracts. Poorly run by ineffective senior management.

When I started working at infinity I was just a young salesman eager to to get my foot in an exciting new opportunity. After the first month I developed a crippling depression due to the little pay and high expectations we are demanded. infinity is kinda like a giant playground with no teachers watching the children, just a few older cool kids that think they can tell you what to do but ultimately are still just children themselves. No one knows whose in charge. You can milk that to your advantage if you're slick enough.
