Cons

100% of the positive reviews have been made under duress by staff that were coerced or pressured into writing them. I know this because I sat in on meetings where it was openly discussed to try to ‘fix’ their image problem. The company only has an image problem because the staff that they’ve mistreated keep telling the truth about them in reviews. Infinity constantly lies to their staff and will do anything to cheat people out of commission after they've earned it. Their tactics include: They like to change commission plans after people have exceeded their targets - They will claim that their finance dept. ‘lost’ the previous signed Comp. plans, so they need to issue a new one with higher targets and lower payouts - They claim that they 'can't find' signed copies of the previous comp. plans so they aren’t binding, and they need to issue new ones (with higher targets and lower payouts). This means that you have to keep files of comp. plans to try to make them pay you what they owe. But even then they will try to cheat you. Every quarter they blame their client companies for their own economic mismanagement - They will frequently blame their clients when they change compensation plans mid-quarter or when they refuse to provide compensation plans for their staff until it’s too late to meet targets They lie to team Managers and ASMs about team targets, then change the KPIs at the end of the quarter and blame team managers for not hitting the ‘revised goals’ so that they don’t have to pay them their bonus. Infinity’s culture is toxic, and they regard everyone as expendable for the sake of an extra buck They subtly pressure staff to work overtime by setting commission goals so high that it’s impossible to succeed without OT. But then will not pay overtime, because it’s not authorized. 10x is fake news. It's a pseudo psychobabble attempt to create a new age cult within the company to feed the CEOs ego The HR dept. openly spreads rumors and plays office politics. Including throwing anyone else under a bus to save their own skins. About 60% of staff who have left the company in the past 2 years have had to threaten to sue to get paid what they were owed. There is always a problem when Infinity is asked to provide employment information for background checks

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience while working at Infinity. Creating a rewarding and fulfilling experience for our team members is extremely important to us and we are always looking to improve the employee experience and are always open to feedback to help do that. As it relates to pay structure at Infinity, this is entirely based on the program you work under. All commission plans vary based on the client, and due to the nature of our industry, sometimes have to change. We are working to be more transparent on this subject and provide explanations to our teams. The behaviors you imply regarding our company not paying employees, however, are false and not a reflection of the people at Infinity, nor would such behavior be tolerated.
