Pros

Very casual environment. No pressure to perform. Free snacks, pop and coffee.

Cons

Low pay/no pay when promised bonuses, incentives, commission, raises, etc. They will look you right in the eye and lie to you. President of Infinity said our job was safe then laid off entire department a few weeks later. Promised to pay us bonuses, scheduled raises, etc. if we continue to work for remaining 2 weeks. Then once we were laid off they told us we weren't entitled to it. Employees working there are cool but management is very shady.

Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience while working at Infinity. Creating a rewarding and fulfilling experience for our team members is extremely important to us and we are always looking to improve the employee experience and are always open to feedback to help do that. As it relates to pay structure at Infinity, this is entirely based on the program you work under. All commission plans vary based on the client, and due to the nature of our industry, sometimes have to change. We are working to be more transparent on this subject and provide explanations to our teams. The behaviors you imply regarding our company not paying employees, however, are false and not a reflection of the people at Infinity, nor would such behavior be tolerated.

Pros

- Close knit environment - Co-workers are nice and helpful to each other - The task of the job are relatively simple - Free snacks - Sales Competition and rewards - Stable hours - Work/Life balance - Cafeteria inside buildings - Gym and Game room - You get Trained and Certified in Google Ads - Try to learn as much as you can - Sometimes management can be very nice and helpful

Cons

- You can get fired over anything They laid of an entire department , fired top sales agents and even fired onboarding agents in training for not passing tests and grad calls. The company had a huge downsized this year alone. - No guarantee you will get commissions - If you earn commission, you may not get all the money you earned. - Commission targets aren't given til the end of the quarter - Spontaneous meetings where you learn your job will get harder. - Rules change at the drop of a dime - HR workers are disrespectful - Mandatory training sessions for agents aren't always helpful - No job stability - you are constantly worried if you have a job there everyday. - Favortism is obvious

Creating a rewarding and fulfilling experience for our team members is extremely important to us and we are always looking to improve the employee experience and are always open to feedback to help do that. As it relates to restructuring the company, at times, due to the nature of our industry, we have to make appropriate decisions that are best for our client. That means having the right talent to bring the most success to our programs. This is why we take pride in the constant training and development we provide to help make our account executives as prepared as they can be.

Pros

Really can't think of any

Cons

1.) Management and higher will lie right to your face 2.) Not what ya know, but who you know to get promoted - they invented a role/title for someone who has never worked for the company to oversee organization behavior/ 10X mindset. 3.) You may earn commission every other month if you are lucky. 4.) Half hour lunch. 5.) Training is a joke. 6.) No plans, commission structure or vision for new teams (Management and higher leave everything to the last minute)
