Pros

Working directly with Google was a good opportunity to learn and grow in my own professional, and personal experiences. Free snacks. Not too bad when I forgot my lunch every so often 9-5 Job, easy parking. Working hard and being coachable does pay off.

Cons

Biggest con comes from client vendor relationships. With the pressure being put on from their clients, management has a hard time understanding their business and keeping up with what is being asked. People leaving constantly at all levels within the organization. Experience. Lack of experience in every role. AE's who shouldn't be cold calling. Managers who can't be self disciplined, new directors who don't quite understand how to really fit their role to make the company better

Pros

I worked for Infinity for 6 years and it was truly a fantastic experience. I was able to start out selling and through previous leadership experience and a desire to grow and build award winning teams was able to have the opportunity to lead, direct, as well as, work with fellow colleagues on the leadership team to make a fun, winning environment. Infinity offers: *Winning Sales Environment *Outstanding Resources and Sales Training *Ability to Grow in Various Areas of the Vendor Sales Agency Business *Promote Within *Work Life Balance *Great Pay and Incentives *You get out what you put in

Cons

No Cons. I read through many of these reviews and I feel it has many professionals that were not fit for Quota based sales. Infinity needs to produce results for our clients and you will need to be able to close deals and hit your quota like any other inside sales company.
