Pros

Free snacks, nice, clean environment.

Cons

Management is sneaky, they want you to act a certain way only when the client comes in. The training is a complete waste, it’s slot that they don’t tell you in the 2 weeks they expect you to learn everything. Managers aren’t really helpful all they really care about is making sells if you aren’t hitting quarterly sales goals the managers will start doing almost anything to get you fired. I started off with a training class with 12 people and all of them quit this job before 90 days, what does that tell you? This job is for someone who doesn’t really want something stable and is just looking for something to do in their spare time.

Pros

Easy going environment, open floor plan, free snacks, great benefits, decent PTO policy, casual dress, great work hours, attainable sales goals.

Cons

Google is their main client - When Google changes the contract structure teams have to shift and be flexible. Not a bad thing but if you don't like an ever changing environment - this may not be for you.

Pros

Honestly, the people are great. One thing that kept me there 6 months Free snacks 401k plans

Cons

Training is awful. They expect you to know things and learn on the go. Pay is awful. It’s 13/hr. They say in all of their job postings that you make 40k-50k. Absolute lies. 40k maybe if you hit double your commission target, which btw, it’s impossible to even hit 90%. The managers are extremely negative (minus 1 or 2)and no matter how well you do they always aren’t satisfied and keep draining you. 100% cold call sales all day. Extremely strict on break times Micro management is a big issue. You are treated like a baby from 8-5. Management lies frequently. Management hides things from employees even when questions are asked They fire people frequently. 2 weeks of underperforming and you’re fired.
