Pros

Trainers are excellent, they offer PTO, Health Care and 401K (4%-5%)

Cons

The culture is toxic, management is equivalent to an unflushed toilet, pay structure is often strange.

Pros

Nice hours, no weekends, friendly coworkers

Cons

I want to start by saying I don't reccommend this job unless you really love sales and are okay with insane amounts of pressure. There's a reason they're always hiring. This company is going through a lot of growing pains. I feel like he Management just throws things at the wall and hopes it sticks. There's an insane amount of sales pressure and pressure from an under-trained management team. The environment and overall tone from the company was very hostile and their commission structure has a lot of kinks as well as changes every 3 months. In the first half of my 14 month career with Infinity I made commission every month until they decided too many people were making commission and they made it nearly impossible.

Working in sales can cause pressure, but we want and hope that the pressure to sell drives you to obtain greater commission. Unfortunately, it is sometimes necessary for a company to re-evaluate the pay structure of a job with commission pay due to changes in the business and profitability, it is never due to the fact that "too many people are making commission." In fact it is just the opposite, we want EVERYONE to be making commission.
