I have worked for Infinity (formerly knows as Infinity Contact) for 4 years and it is great place to work and grow. I have been able to advance my career during my time here, and I have a clear career path in place. With our recent re-branding, a lot of positive changes have been put into place by our growth, performance, and management teams. Our sales floor has become more professional, making our employees the right fit for our clients. Our compensation plans have been restructured and are uncapped. The facility has been remodeled to include collaboration areas, a fresh market, and refreshment station for the employees. Infinity also offers their employees health, dental, and vision benefits. They have a great 401K plan, as well as an employee discount program (including discounted gym memberships). It’s been really amazing to be a part of this positive change and forward progress. The leaders of this company are truly taking steps in the right direction to ensure success for not only the company, but also for its employees. Being a part of the Infinity team has been a great experience for the last 4 years. I’m looking forward to what’s to come!

This is not a place to work if you don't want to succeed. The employees here are given every opportunity to thrive. If that's not something you're looking for, Infinity is not the place for you.
