Pros

They are flexible to your needs as an employee. You can schedule time off as long as you plan correctly. The manager are helpful personable, so you can get answers quickly.

Cons

The fast pace environment. Infinity is contracted out by Google, so everyone is on pins and needles to not upset google and lose that contract. People scramble every week to keep up with the new information.
