Pros

Monday thru Friday with no weekend. Working around Googlers is a big plus. Only a ten minute drive from home.

Cons

Company has absolutely no integrity. Does not care how their numbers are obtained just as long as they are. Knew employess were cheating them and Google and did nothing about it. Constantly changes the commission plan because they don't have quality numbers people who know what a sustainable commission plan is. No job security. If Google decides that they want to make a change you wont have a job.

You're just a peon making money for them, even if you work as a contractor, don't let the Google perks fool you. They wear off after a while.

Cons

Revolving door, high turnover, no time off, no life, clueless managers, run away...fast!

Pros

They are pretty flexible when it comes to hours, depending on the department. If you are lacking in a particular job set, they normally will try to place you in a better position.

Cons

Very difficult to get fast results because the headquarters is in Iowa. Different teams have different rules and it is difficult to keep up with do's and do not's. Commission structures are constantly changing. Company suffers from lack of communication. No room for advancement.
