Pros

This is an easy job. You get to learn a lot in a short amount of time. Since you do a lot of outbound calls, you get to set your own pace. Having a standard M-F work schedule is definitely a plus.

Cons

Pay is not great. Benefits are expensive. The job gets boring after a couple of weeks. I feel like my BS is going to waste if I stay longer with this company.

Pros

The new hire product training is well done and thorough. Once on the job, Infinity continues to provide on-going sales training/coaching to help employees grow, improve and succeed in their position. The atmosphere is professional and friendly. The office is business casual with a bright, open floor plan. Most teams work from 8:30am until 5:00pm M-F. There are several break room/cafes with complimentary coffee, soda and snacks. Compensation is base plus commission with other incentives offered throughout the month. Top performers are recognized weekly within their teams and monthly at the company wide floor meeting. Nice benefits package with a generous PTO policy. I have only worked at Infinity for approximately 6 months but it has been a very positive experience so far.

Cons

Telecommuting is not an option on my team.

We strive to provide all employees with the tools and training needed to make them successful to hit goals and make commission. We believe in providing a comfortable work environment which is one reason we have several games rooms, with pool tables, ping pong, foosball and more in addition to free pop and snacks and the ability to dress down in jeans everyday.
