Pros

Paid training for 2 weeks. And that was hardly a "pro" Also free parking That's about it and that's stretching it pretty far.

Cons

I was lied to about which room I would be working for when I started Training was a joke... All we learned about was gossip around new castle. When put onto the phones I was for the most part left on my own ... But when there was help it was from someone who was too cocky to handle. You have to pay for a weighted mug they REQUIRE you to have.

Pros

Well, the office was nice, until the facilities people ruined it by wallpapering and carpeting it in the style of a 1920's brothel.

Cons

You're working for just about every bible-thumping, right-wing nutball group out there. They treat their phone agents like cattle.
