The company is growing very fast. Great opportunities for advancement. Bonuses are great when you get them. Mostly fun people to work with.

Cons

Often long hours - it takes a lot of work and overtime until you reach the manager position. Motto of "Whatever it takes" is absolutely true - whatever it takes for the client sometimes at the expense of the employees

Pros

The weekly pay is a plus, as well as the automatic deposits. That is the beginning and the ending of it.

Cons

Managment pretends to care about it's employees, but when it comes to backing up their words, they fall short. They are not, contrary to the belief of some, a Christian based organization. They are driven soley by money and will push their employees relentlessly to achieve numbers, regardless of the fact that a comm can only accomplish what a person called is willing to give.
