Pros

The schedules are very flexible. If you need to call off, do it and come in to make it up another say. Overtime is often available. While I was there, there was a promotion that if you worked all your scheduled hours for the week, you would get an extra dollar per hour. You get paid weekly.

Cons

It's incredibly boring. Making phone calls for eight hours a day just isn't doable for everyone. You receive a differential for working 40+ hours and night shift, if you fall below 40 hrs, you lose that differential and make a dollar less an hour for the week. No matter what you sign up for, you may have to make calls for the Republican party or take calls for scam televangelists. It would take several minutes to get a supervisor's attention when you had an urgent question. Consensus among supervisors/trainers was low, you would get different instructions from different people.

Pros

They've done alot of things to make it a very positive place to work. They give out quarterly bonus checks, they have employee of the month meeting, a moral budget for each team, miscellaneous raffles and jeans days, and they have times that you can bring your children in to work. The management seems to care about the employee and how they're doing. There is childcare, a doctor, and workout facilities on site that you can get into for a low rate. They're very flexible about taking time off and working with your schedule. The have a very education friendly environment where they help to facilitate learning.

Cons

The workloads can get very stressful, right now they are understaffed and it's putting a strain on things. People keep leaving the company because they're finding places where they can do the same thing and get paid more. The pay is on the low side, but they encourage and facilitate learning. Once they've done their learning they start seeking better opportunities.
