Dishonest. Company is either misleading employees intentionally, or don't know what they are doing themselves.

We understand how you feel and value your point of view. We acknowledge that the changes after the acquisition process were challenging, although we have done everything possible to mitigate their impact. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to define a site identity for the Seattle office, so after a long and careful review of many options, we came to a tough decision to reduce our Engineering teams' workforce in the US. Still, everyone leaving the company will be treated fairly and respectfully.

They are full of confidence! Their products and services were much broader than OpenMarket's, which is great.

Cons

I've been through multiple acquisitions as an employee and this one was the worst! The way employees who were let go were handled. Email communication sent to all employees in error about a sensitive matter including a department's layoffs and personal salaries/compensation information. The Infobip team overall are incredibly cocky. It made for an uncomfortable work environment.

The pros are all these terrible reviews are absolutely true. Run away from this company as fast as possible. No growth opportunities, leadership does not listen, poor execution, unrealistic goals, just a complete mess.

Cons

Toxic culture, leadership is disconnected from employees, processes are a mess. Just run away and never look back from this terrible company. You will see great benefits, but it does not make up for the hell hole inside these walls. Will drain your mental health and create stress like you never had before. There are much better opportunities out there in the North America market that will make you feel valued and part of a team. Please read the rest of these reviews and realize how poorly constructed this place is.
