Pros

It was fun when we started

Cons

They can’t keep any steady management which results in dim wits being hired and being tasked with the decision of whether or not other people are employed. If anyone could please explain how it makes sense for the employee who was apart of deciding who there as the new manager ends up being fired by said manager. I literally trained the new manager. And she took a giant dump on me literally.

Pros

It's a solid business and has room to grow. The partnerships with so many big retailers is the company's underlying strength.

Cons

This is big company now and needs to act like one. Week to week shifts in focus were still the norm at a time when the company should be building out long-term plans. Everyone is well aware of this need, but the company has built up a culture that it seems unable to move on from.

Pros

- unlimited time off - annual chill out (everyone's off from christmas to new years) + additional random chill out days - WFH stipend - home/internet stipend - free Express membership + up to $20/month if testing/placing an order with the beta app - super cheap health insurance (or free, depending on coverage) - really interesting work. there's a lot more that goes on than just the instacart app where consumers place orders. didn't realize until i joined - really smart + fun + respectful colleagues

Cons

- there's been a lot of change in leadership, along with how teams are structured. could be good and bad -- bad in that it could be a bit hectic/can seem a bit unstable, but good in that the changes are made towards progress/improvement and we're not tied down rigidly to how things were -- if it's not working, we change it (and i think that's a healthy mindset to have)
