Pros

I joined the firm after 10 years with a previous employer. I was apprehensive about my ability to navigate a new benefits package, corporate culture, etc. IBTS has the on-boarding and new employee support effort down to a science. I felt very supported from the hire letter forward. The provide advanced opportunities (i.e. prior to day one) to review and enroll in benefits packages, learn about the company, etc. Their HR team is knowledgeable, accessible, and responsive! Exciting to be part of a growing firm that shares my core values.

Cons

Nothing so far. Growing company which is finding its way in a new competitive environment.

These improvements include new hire buddy assignments, new hire welcome boxes, and enhanced communication prior to the first work day. Great workplace culture. Senior management continues to expand their investment in their employees, both in terms of benefits and professional development. Organization places strong emphasis on providing excellence in all we do for our clients and internal customers. Strong Wellness program!!

Cons

There is neither a person nor a company that is perfect. Even so, no "cons" to report!

Our Human Capital team recently made improvements to the organization's wellness strategy, which provides resources to enhance the physical, emotional, financial, and mental wellness of our staff. These resources include program initiatives, education, support, and commitment of the executive staff. Pros

Organization is unique in that they actually do what they claim - in terms of investing in the ongoing development of their employees and providing robust employee benefits (more than just insurance!)

Cons

People are not perfect, and neither is any company. But there are no glaring "cons" that I have observed.
